He was predeceased by: his wife Bennie Hendrix Sanders; his parent Hattie Freeman Sanders; and his siblings, Luby Sanders, Wayne Sanders, Douglas M. Sanders, Sr., Doyle Sanders, Doris Brewer and Grace Walker.
He is survived by: his sister Merle Graves; his children, Randall Sanders (Nancy), Keith Sanders (Tina), Troy Sanders and Dwana Sanders; his grandchildren, Tyson Sanders (Laura), Jill Sanders, James Sanders, Zachary Bates (Brittney), Kayli Carroll (Brett) and Cody Sanders; and his great grandchildren, Keira Sanders, Ava Carroll, Haylee Sanders, Oliver Carroll and Fynlee Sanders. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
