It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Hartridge Davis Jr. (Baytown, Texas), born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on June 22, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Davis, Sr and Floy Davis; and his siblings, Alice Futch, Gladys Carter, Cecil, Jessie, Kermit, Hiram, James and Louis.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Ruth Nelson Davis; his siblings, Allene Butler and Joe Davis; his children, Denise Sievers (Kevin), Janene Spurgeon (Robert) and Ross Davis (Janie); and his grandchildren, Kim Turner, Lori Alexander (Tim), Danielle Frederick (Kevin), Tricia Henry (Troy), Mirinda Padilla (Chris), Travis Davis (Amanda), Caleb Davis (Stacey), Trey Davis and Alayna Sievers. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
