He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Burton (Bob) and Nelda Burton Ramsey; and his brother David A. Ramsey. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Savell-Cridland (Henry), Bradley E. Burton (Valerie), William (Bill) and Burton (Margaret); his caregiver Erien Prien; and his daughters, Heidi Bozeman (Ken), Heather Levay and Holly Ennis (Clint). He is also survived by children along with a large group of extended family and friends.
