He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Cryer and Iva Lee Cryer; his brother Robert Doyle Cryer (Bob); and his son Ricky Pate. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Cryer; his children, Tim Cryer, Lance Cryer, Donald Pate, Wendy Custer and Tina James; his brother James Ronnie Cryer; and his sister-in-law Sarah Cryer. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nephews and nieces.
