It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Grandel Skinner of Baytown, Texas, born in Greenville, Texas, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Skinner and Opal Skinner; his wives, Norma Skinner and Lela Belle Skinner; his sister Nita Brewer; and his daughter Susan Keeter.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve (Seleste Skinner) and Larry (Cara Skinner); and his grandchildren, Christy, Ty Bandy, Michael, Trisha Skinner, Holly, Charlie Bandy, Nicholas Skinner, Breanna Fugate, Christopher and Amanda Russell. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
The family respectfully requests that donations be made to Helping Hands of Georgetown in lieu of flowers.
