He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Garrett and Georgia Garrett; his sons, Billy Bruce Garrett and Gordon R. Garett, Jr.; and his son-in-law Rickey Caruso.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Louise Garrett; his children, Sandra Caruso, Sharon Martin (Bruce) and Ron Garrett (Connie); his daughter-in-law Pam Garrett; his sister Betty Boulter; and his grandchildren, Jason Caruso (Mary), Tiffany Hofbauer (Lothar), Chad Caruso (Kammy), Amber Martin, Shane Garrett, Luke Mickelson, Dallas Garrett (Karla), David Garrett and Johnathan Garrett. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
