He is survived by: his wife Vivian Taylor Howard; his sons, Nathan Lee Howard (Lori) and Jeffrey Ryan Howard (Jennifer); his siblings, SueAnn Buratowski (John) and Ricky Howard (Meraflor); his father-in-law Frank Taylor (Trena); his brother-in-law Mike Taylor; and his grandchildren, Kylee, Brant, Garren, Grasen, Kenah, Jeffrey, Jr. and Cheyenne Turner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
