He is survived by: his parents, Gerardo Guerrero, Sr. and Maria Christina Olivas; his wife Melissa Guerrero; his children, Jelissa, Isaiah, Aliya and Jocelyn; and his siblings, Eduardo, Carlos, Alex, Claudia, Christina, Silva, Araceli and Raquel.

The family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Gastric Cancer Research.
