He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Barnhart and Lela Belle Phillips; and his sister Donna Lynn Whittlesey. He is survived by: his wife Leesia Rose; his children, Tiffany Rose, Joe Barnhart and Stephanie (Chance); and his brother Randy Barnhart (Jeanette). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 niece and 5 nephews.
