He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Sidney McDaniel and Maude Myrtle Barnett; and his wife Nina Harvey. He is survived by: his children, Jackie McGhee (Jimmy) of Tyler, Texas and Dennis McDaniel (Sandy) of Dayton, Texas. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
