He is survived by: his wife Shirley LaForge of Oak Grove, Louisiana; his daughter Chasity Patin; his son-in-law Fred Patin of Baytown, Texas; his son Jimmy Ray LaForge; his daughter-in-law Donna LaForge of West Monroe, Louisiana; his son Robin LaForge; his daughter-in-law Terri LaForge of Monroe, Louisiana; his children, Glen LaForge, Donna Johnson of Baytown, Texas and Diane Shelton; his son-in-law John Shelton of Oak Grove, Louisiana; his daughter Brandy Hooper; his son-in-law Benji Hooper of Baytown, Texas; his son Kevin Rios; his daughter-in-law Kelly Rios of Bowie, Texas; and his siblings, Billy LaForge of Jefferson, Rodney LaForge of Bastrop, Louisiana, Annette Ellison of Mena, Virginia LaForge of Arkansas, Willie Nell Brown (Jerry) of Columbia and Gussie LaForge of Shreveport, Louisiana.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
