He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sneed and Sarah Sneed; and his wife Georgia Sneed. He is survived by: his children, Alvin (Paula Sneed), John Sneed of LaPorte, Charles "Sam" (Kitty Sneed), Richard (Kaye Sneed), Amiee (Tom LaValley) and Janice Martin of Astoria; and his grandchildren, Steven (Anna Sneed), Matthew (Alissa Sneed), Andrew Sneed, Cindy Sneed, Brandon (Jennifer Lavalley), Justin (Heather LaValley), Brooke Roberson, Shane Barefoot, Kristina (Richard Scott) and Nikki (Mike Jacobson).
