He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Luna and Eustolia Luna; his daughters, Silvia Estela Luna and Maria Delores Luna; and his sisters, Rafaela and Maria Dolores.
He is survived by: his wife Estela Elvira Luna; his children, Miguel Francisco Luna (Josephine), Josefa "Josie" Luna, Elvia Luna-Quinones (Martin Enciso) and Graciela Luna-Jaramillo (Rafael Jaramillo); and his brothers, Arnulfo and Candido. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
