He is survived by: his wife Huong "Lisa" Nguyen Kotlarz; his children, Minh Kotlarz (Angela), Frankie Kotlarz, IV (Kara) and Jennifer House (Brian); and his siblings, Patty Kotlarz-Ozment (Allen), Debbie Lowe and David Kotlarz (Mary). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
