She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Herrera; her son Jose Angel Herrera; and her parents, Santiago Cortez and Margarita Peña. She is survived by: her sons, Manuel Herrera (Maria Yolanda) of Baytown, Jesus Herrera of Baytown and Hector Herrera of Baytown. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren.
