He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Reba Ann Shawn; his parents, Sybil Elizabeth and Edward Eugene Shawn Senior; his daughters, Kari Lynn Reiss (Shannon) and Kimberley Ann Benavides (Michael); his grandchildren, Joshua Eugene Shepherd (Courtney), Makinzie Reiss, Sicily and Brazos Benavides; and his great grandchildren, Kendall, Conner and Kolton Shepherd. He was also cherished by several in-laws, nieces, and a nephew.
