He is survived by : his mother Lesley Ann Morris Holt; his wife Maureen Harkins Holt; his daughter Donya Holt (Diwan Troutman); his step-sons, Tony, Richard and Sean; his siblings, John Holt (Kimberly) and Christine Holt; his grandchildren, Devonte, Ruby, Juwan, Faith, Joey, Caden, Addison, Halle-Kay and Kyndall; his nephew Jaden Blaze Holt; and his cousins, Terry (Shawn), Tricia (Dave), Annette (Jason), Brittany and Dylan. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.
