He is survived by: his father Floyd Spencer (Ann); his stepfather Rusty Hollingsworth; his sons, Landon, Zane and Hunter; his granddaughter Everleigh; his girlfriend Michelle Fuentes; his siblings, Kasi and Jeff Barnett (Tracy); his nephews, Trent (Chloe), Chad Bullington (Samantha), Austin, Brooks and McKinsey; and his great-nieces, Zoey and Hazel. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Susan G. Komen or other foundations fighting breast cancer.
