He is survived by: his parents, Jerry White and Joyce White Morgan; his children, Jacob, Jack White and Alexis Polasek; his siblings, Sally Gaskins (Chris), Shawn White (Fernando Caballero) and Phillip White (Dawn); his niece Adley Gaskins; and his nephew Sebastian Caballero. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.
