It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David R. Phillips (Baytown, Texas), who passed away on August 14, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Phillips and Ina Jo McLemore; his wife Michelle Reeves Phillips; his daughters, Jessica Cortina and Tiffany Maldonado (Chris); his grandchildren, Marcus, Christian Rodriguez, Christopher, Ethan and Jubilee Maldonado; and his siblings, Steve Phillips (Paula), Danielle Macicek (Ed), Cindy Woodard, Jennifer Phillips, Cheryl Phillips and Kathy Phillips. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
