He is survived by: his wife Julie Walker Whitener; his brother-in-law Tim Walker; his son-in-law Craig Bourque; his grandchildren, Callysta Jade Bourque and Cohen David Bolton; and his nieces, Karry Land Frost, Arleen Land and Tina Land Flowers. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, and friends.
