He is survived by: his wife Sharon Crafton Duggan; his sons, Brian Duggan (Nikki Jackson) of Baytown, TX and Brandon Duggan (Keisha) of Baytown, TX; his sister Jessie Ruby Demers of Oakville, CT; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jalyn, Emily, Jessica, Candice, Dori and Destiny; and his caregiver Dr. Victor Simms. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friend.
