He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Sandoval and Facunda Sanchez Sandoval; his wife Salome Sandoval; his siblings, Oscar Sandoval (Ofelia Sandoval), Sophia Rivera (Lionel), Hilda Pena and Melquiades "Chalo" Sandoval (Dorita); and his daughter-in-law Valerie Oviedo.
He is survived by: his brother Tomas Sandoval II (Cecilia); his sons, Daniel Sandoval Jr. (Melissa), Thomas Sandoval, Gilbert Sandoval (Stephanie) and Angel Sandoval (Mary Lou); his close friend Javier Garcia; his grandchildren, David Sandoval (Fareesa), Lisa Fuller (Jacob), Olivia Sandoval, Sarah Sandoval, Gilbert Sandoval II, Daniel Sandoval (Leni), Brianna Sandoval, Sophia Sandoval and Christian Sandoval; his stepgrandsons, Hunter Cervenka, Tyler Cervenka and Tanner Hale; and his great grandchildren, Felix, Oliver Sandoval and Rosemary Fuller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, compadres, God children and other relatives and friends.
Due to Covid restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
