She is survived by: her children, Cindy Couch, Dr. Ronald Couch (Linda) and Tim Couch (Mia); her grandchildren, Eric Couch (Renee), Wendy McMullen (Kenneth), Adam Couch, Shawn Couch, Dr. Cory Couch (Ashley), Kirby Couch and Dylan Couch; her great grandchildren, Leslie, Leah Couch, McKenzie, Kenny McMullen, Brooks, Avery Couch and Finley Couch; her sister-in-law Elaine Couch; and her close friends, Gayle Edwards and Faye Sharp. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
