She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitzi Earline Woods and J. M. "Sonny" Woods; her sister Carole West; and her brother-in-law Porter West. She is survived by: her husband George Gidley; her daughter Dr. Georgeann Ward; her son-in-law David Ward; her grandsons, Matthew and Brian Ward; and her brothers, Joe (Beth Woods), Don (Staci Woods) and Gary (Beth Woods). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
