We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2021, at the age of 91, Constance M. Hooper of Baytown, Texas, born in Beaumont, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Smith and Thelma Smith; her husband John Hooper; her half-brother Herbert Troy Smith; and her sister Susan Smith LaRousse.
She is survived by: her sister Evelyn Sherman; her children, Kathleen Julicher (Mark) of Bulverde, Texas, Susan Norton (Colby) of Plano, Texas, Patti Allen of Baytown, Texas, John Hooper, Jr. (Barbara) of Helotes, Texas and Richard Hooper (Marianne) of Ruston, Louisiana; and her grandchildren, Joseph Julicher, Esther Wingard, Daniel Julicher, Sarah Chude, Anna Mears, Clara Carlisle, Kelley LaCroix, Patrick Norton, Kevin Hooper, Maura Hooper, Chris Allen, Justin Allen, Ben Allen, April Hooper and Brynna Hooper. She is also survived by 40 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Red Cross.
