She was predeceased by: her father Archie Thomas Neathery; and her grandparents, Virgil, Omie Dixon Neathery, Alton and Ella Mae Underwood Chisholm.
She is survived by: her mother Barbara Chisholm Neathery; her husband Ed Powell; her daughters, Kera Jennings (Gary) and Keli Clement; her grandchildren, Kade LaGrone, Kyle LaGrone, Kenli LaGrone, Kendal Jennings and Kaylor Jennings; and her siblings, Pat Clement (Bobby), Mac Neathery (Liane) and Tracy Neathery (Staci). She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, family and friends.
