He is survived by: his wife Jean Prince Codrington; his children, Ulrick Codrington, Deborah Disu, Cheryl Ollivierre Weatherall, Kirt Codrington, Rhonda Materre and Nigel Codrington, Jr.; and his siblings, Lystra Caesar, Wilma Slaughter and Alwyn Codrington. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
