He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Stacy Smith, Steve Perry and Laura Perry; his stepchildren, Laura Scott (Tommy), Patrick and Shane Waits; his grandchildren, Jamie Helmly (Keith), Hunter Smith, Savannah Stewart (Shawn), Amber Waits, Logan Johnson, Zachary, Jacob Scott and Lacey; his great grandchild Venture Smith; and his grandchildren, Peyton, Cooper Helmly, Abigail, Emily, Allison Gothard, Delainey Rocha, Colton, Cayleigh, Caiden, Skylyr, Wyatt and MaryFaye Stewart. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
