She was predeceased by: her parents, Ercilia Rodriguez of Abreu and Ismael Abreu; and her son Ricardo Trifilio. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Aristides Trifilio; her children, Myra Trifilio and Aristides Trifilio Jr.; her granddaughters, Steffanie Bond (Barry), Patrice Carhart, Regina Switoyus (Vinny) and Sophia Trifilio; her great grandchildren, Austin Bond (Radha), Taylor Bond, Blake McElwain (Amber), Bailey Carhart, Matthew McElwain, Lauren McElwain and Emily Davis; and her great great grandchildren, Aubrey McElwain, Mason McElwain and Padma Bond. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John the Evangelist Catholic Church (800 W Baker Rd, Baytown, TX 77521). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sterling-White Cemetery (11011 Crosby Lynchburg Rd, Highlands, TX 77562).
