With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Mouton of Baytown, Texas, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on December 3, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Mouton and Terri Mouton; her brother Michael Mouton; and her daughter Danielle Touchet. She is survived by: her husband Mark Phillips; her granddaughter Lexi McAdams; and her siblings, Morris Mouton (Annette) and Rhonda Mouton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
