She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Anthony and Elizabeth Ann Santay Yusko; and her siblings-in-law, William, Patty Balcerak, Steve, Leona Sirko, Fred Ehlers and Frank Sperka.
She is survived by: her husband Jerome William "Jerry" Balcerak; her children, Kimberle Erwin (David), Carolyn Durham (Eddie), Dianne Balcerak and Brett Balcerak (Tracey); her sisters, Janet Sperka, Nancy Serafin (Ralph) and Laura Ehlers; her grandchildren, Michael Erwin (Emily), Jared Erwin, Erika Erwin, Rachel Erwin, Elizabeth Durham, Lola Durham, Taryn Watters (Jarod) and Taelor Ginn; and her great grandchildren, Evangeline, Theodore Erwin, Loralei Watters and Rayleigh Melton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
