He is survived by: his siblings, Jody Lynn Dowler and Adele Margaret Warren; his nephew Christopher Hamilton Warren (Jacy Whitman); his sister Kathryn Bertha Dowler; his daughter Amanda Burnadette West; his grandchildren, Chyler Munro West and Kynnedy Laine West; his great grandchild Victoria Ann Moseley (Matthew Ryan Moseley); his grandson Luke Ryan Moseley; his stepsons, Tommy Darrell Smith and Cameron Keene Davis; his wife Debbie Louise Mason Smith; his stepdaughter Rachael Michelle Audish (David Aaron Audish); his granddaughter Lilla Jude Audish; his great grandchildren, Jasper Elan Mitchell, Logan Aaro Audish, Adam Zane Audish and Kira Iliza Rayn Audish; and his stepdaughter Samantha Louise Julian Warren.
