He is survived by: his wife Mandy Tippit Cartwright; his daughters, Ciera Marie Cartwright, Kaitlyn Danielle Cartwright and Lillian Grace Cartwright; his siblings, Thelma M. Spiller and Billy Cartwright; and his nephew Jerry Blair Jr..
