He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Lucas and Velma Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hamby of Orange; his brother Jim; his sister-in-law June Lucas; his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Jenifer Lucas; his daughter Cyndi Hill; and his grandchildren, Jaime, Allie, Raegen Hill, Kaylynn, Madison, Gage and Alyson Lucas.
Bill worked with the American Cancer Society, serving as board member and working Relay for Life.
