She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophia Catherine Newland (Blanchard) and William S. Newland (Bill); her siblings, Milbourne Newland, Charles Newland, Elvajean Hall (Newland) and Tucker Newland; her husband William Alexander Fininis; and her siblings-in-law, June Fininis and Joe Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine F. Rangel and Fernando R. Rangel; her son-in-law William A. Fininis Jr.; her son Jamie Fininis; her grandchildren, Aaron Fininis, Nina Fininis, Fernando R. Rangel Jr., Rylee R. Fininis and William A. Fininis III; her great grandchild Jasmine RaeAnn Fininis; and her nieces and nephews, Vickie Fritz (Newland), Jerry Wilson (Elliot), Denice Davenport (Newland), Tuvona Lundgren (Newland), Tamara Gilligan (Newland), Milbourne Newland Jr., Doug Elliot, Charlie Newland, Charlie Fritz, Dick Wilson, Don Davenport, Mark Lundgren and Jeff Gilligan.
