We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2022, at the age of 103, Billie Jo Manis of Baytown, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her daughter Virginia Fortier; her son-in-law Lee Fortier; her daughter Joan Harrison; and her grandchildren, Melinda Drake, Joanie Woolsley, Joe Harrison (Lily), James Harrison, Chris Hankinson (Deb), Shelby Sheehan, Leslie Fortier (Josh), Joe Fortier (Deanna) and Rachel Manis-Hyatt (Dustin). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren; as well as many extended family members and friends.
