She was predeceased by: her parents, Corrine Winder and Ruther Mercer; her brother Floyd Wilson; her daughter Katherine Jules; and her grandson Jadari Mercer.
She is survived by: her children, Roger, Michael, Rufus, Barbara (Robert), Darry Wayne (Jackie) and Chloedelle (Anthony); her siblings, Alberta (Wilford), Margaret, Hosea (Sandra), Nobie (Regina), Henry, Roy, Paul and Ezell; her children, James Johnson and Gerri; and her cousin Stella Smith. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
