She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Zamarrita and Martina Valdez Zamarrita; her spouse Amado Jasso; and her children, Sandra Jasso and Albert Jasso.
She is survived by: her children, Diana (Gilbert Delgado), Leticia (Moe Mehiar), Ira (James Dunn), Sherri (Roque Gonzalez) and Amado (Maria Jasso Jr.); and her brother Pepe Zamarrita of Indio, CA.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
