It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Perkins (Baytown, Texas), who passed away on January 31, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Lee and Thalia Lee Porter Deason. She is survived by: her husband Norman; her daughters, Sharon Van Tuyl (Mark) of Boise, Idaho and Martha Chestnut (David) of Baytown; her grandchildren, Cathrine Lovejoy (Katie), Jennifer LeDay (Corey), Stephanie Weston (Cortland), Stacy Hardin (Wil), Michelle Chestnut and Eric Van Tuyl (Sopha); her great grandchildren, Xoe LeDay, Xavier LeDay, Emma Lovejoy, Clayton Van Tuyl, Wyatt Lovejoy, Jacob Van Tuyl, Reghan Kelley, Cole Weston and Preston Kelley; her great great grandchild Damien LeDay; her sister Ruth Phillips of Baytown; her brother-in-law Clifford Perkins (Minnie) of Katy; and her nieces, Julie Fallin and Thalia Kurdt. She is also survived by extended family members and close friends.
