He is survived by: his wife Jo Kervin Sanders; his children, Kimberly Sampson (Kristoffer), Jerry L. Sanders and Orie C. Sanders (Virginia); and his grandchildren, Bowen Isaacs, Keaton Sanders, Jillian Sanders and Lennox Sampson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
