He is survived by: his parents, Dianna Fulmer Cauthen of Highlands, Texas and Charles Ray Cauthen of Mont Belvieu, Texas; his brothers, Randy Ray (Lisa) of Cypress and Rusty Dale Cauthen of Highlands; his nephew Marcus Allen Cauthen of Highlands; and his aunts, Sarah Leggio and Barbara Gregory.
