She was predeceased by: her parents, May Louise and Robert Perry Sheltz; her sister Irene Tamborello (Eddie); her brother George Sheltz (Margaret); her nephew Anton; her sister Helen Raia (Samuel); her niece Toni; her nephews, Johnny and Danny; her brother Robert Sheltz (Buddy); her daughter Elizabeth Ann Bernard (Beth); her husband Kenneth Bernard; her great grandchildren, Randie and Reese Paulsel; and also Lou.

She is survived by: her children, Kenny, Steve, Mary Anne, Roberta and Robert Bernard (Teresa); her grandchildren, Sheldon Burquist, Tera Burke (Travis), Travis Bernard, Connor, Aubrey, Adrienne and Duncan Burquist; her daughter Jeannie Richardson (Larry); her grandchildren, Jennifer Paulsel, Robbie, Rustie and Rylie; her son Joel Richardson; her grandchildren, Chad Bernard, Hayden, Hudson, Finn, Rhys, Emily Vitullo, Jake, Josh and Hadlea; her daughter Terri Dickey (Lonnie); her grandchildren, Ross Dickey, Amanda Kirksey (Josh) and Steve Bernard (Glenda); her great grandchild Jamie Huston; and her granddaughters, Mary Anne Bernard and Roberta Bernard.
