He was predeceased by: his father Adolph Montoya; his grandmother Shirley Davenport; and his brother Robert Morales. He is survived by: his mother Mary Zavala Montoya; his friend Shock Davis; his wife Wendi Davenport Montoya; his children, Payton Montoya, Connor Montoya, Boston Terrier and Marley Hana Sharkbite; and his siblings, Lisa Clary (Jeff), Patricia Adams (Charlie), Clara Garza, Ester Whitley (Tony), Pablo Bustos, Eddie Garza (Bambi) and Johnny Montoya. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers there has been a fund set up to aid in the educational expenses for Martin's kids.
