He is survived by: his wife Leilani Dale; his siblings, William Dale (Roberta), Russell Dale, Emerson Dale (Linda), Jean Dale, Nona Flye (Robert), Verma Wright, Audrey Rollins (Willie), Sharon Edison and Mary Hall (John); his grandchildren, Rashard, Ricky, Cestrakiah, Kristen, Kevin, Dorian, Chris, Grant, Tiffany, Bouvier Jr., Jakeria, Jori, Carlignon and Carlon; and also, Desi Lewis (Rose), Cestrakiah Lewis, Bouvier Dale (Carol), Wilbert Dale, Jr, Felecia Lewis, Yvette Britton (Bill), Mignon Dale-Jones (Carl) and Audquid Dale. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
