With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vlasta Julia Ledwig of Bay City, Texas, born in Guy, Texas, who passed away on March 1, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Listak and Mary Kocurek Listak; her former husband Julius Henry Ledwig Sr.; her son-in-law Hal Knight; and her siblings, Bessie Byrd Mooring (Listak), Vladimir Listak, Pat Vyvial and Jerry Listak.
She is survived by: her spouse Bing Crosby; her children, Sandy Knight, Jay Ledwig (Carol) and Scott Ledwig (Cheryl); her brother Sidney Listak; and her grandchildren, Karmen Cooley (Blake), Kristi Ward (Aaron), Kassie Knight, Luke Ledwig (Lauren), Meaghan White (Blake), Mason Ledwig and Natalie Ledwig. She is also survived by 6 great-granddaughters.
