He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Park Graham and Dorothy Wardlaw Graham; and his brother James E. Graham. He is survived by: his wife Maria L. Graham; his children, Debra Dismuke (Steven), David Graham (Michele), Theodore Moreno, Jr., Albert Moreno (Suma), Diana Ruiz (Robert, Jr.) and Erica Luna (Frank); his brother Richard Graham (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Steven Dismuke II, Abigail Clark (Aidan), Hunter Graham, Avery Graham, Robert Ruiz III, Hillary D. Ruiz, Albert Moreno, Jr., Kaitlyn Moreno, Jacob Luna and Caleb Luna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
