He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Billington and Mary Lou Davidson Billington; and his brother John E. "Eddie" Billington. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Kainer Billington; his son Chris Billington (Tammy); his sisters, Christine Burwell, Martha Kolojaco, Linda Kennedy (Matt), Kay Atherton (Bradley) and Carol LeMaster (Joe); and his grandsons, Chase Billington and Cole Billington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors or United States Veteran Charity of your choice as Tom was quite the patriot.
