He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Holland (Stevens) of Bay City, Texas; his son Troy Holland of Los Angeles, California; his brothers, Michael Holland (Debbie) of Dillsboro, Indiana, Randal Holland (Kathy) of Canaan, Indiana and Tim Holland of Madison, Indiana; and his friend Jonathan Wu of Los Angeles, California..
