It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy L. Minshew of Bay City, Texas, who passed away on June 28, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer L. Minshew and Beatrice Minshew; and his brother-in-law Milton Blackmore. He is survived by: his wife Ann Bledsoe Minshew; his children, David L. Minshew and Cindy Lewis; his grandson Brian L. Minshew; his sister Robbie Blackmore; his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Kelly Matchett; his granddaughters, Michelle Mana and Tabitha Kunkel; his great grandchildren, Ty and Colt; his former wife Joy Minshew; and also Priscilla. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
